“I really enjoyed living at timber ridge. I leave in a month. I’ve had awful experiences with other apartments in the past, so it makes me happy to be able to leave a good review. At timber ridge, they’re very professional. Moving in and moving out has been seamless. They respond quickly to any questions or concerns. The only complaint that I have is that the carpets really should have been replaced before I moved in. It’s stained and one of the rooms smells like cat pee. But they did mention that they hired people to clean the carpets, so I guess the contractor was just bad and should have been honest about the carpets not being salvageable. Gotta make that money though. The neighbors are friendly, it’s QUIET AT NIGHT which is a huge plus for apartment complexes. I haven’t been kept up by neighbors a single time since I’ve lived here. Overall, there’s not many apartment options in Eagle River. If you're trying to choose, Timber Ridge is a safe choice.”
